Seth Lehman, LSW

Meet Seth

Seth Lehman is a dedicated mental health professional with a strong foundation in psychology and social work. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University and a Master of Social Work from Bryn Mawr College. As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), he specializes in substance use and trauma therapy, currently working at a sober living facility where he supports individuals in navigating the complexities of addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges.

Seth’s clinical approach is grounded in both evidence-based and experiential modalities. He is currently training in Psychodrama, an action-based therapeutic technique that fosters emotional expression and self-discovery, as well as the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a cutting-edge approach for treating developmental and complex trauma. His work is rooted in deep empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to guiding individuals toward healing and personal transformation.

Beyond his professional training, Seth brings a unique personal perspective to his practice. Having firsthand experience with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, and Tourette’s syndrome, he has undergone extensive treatment and self-work related to these conditions. His lived experience allows him to connect with clients on a deeper level, offering both clinical expertise and personal insight. Additionally, as a person in long-term recovery from substance use, he actively participates in a twelve-step program, which informs his understanding of addiction and recovery from both a therapeutic and experiential standpoint.

In addition to his work as a therapist, Seth is passionate about creative expression and physical wellness. He is a talented musician, spending his free time writing songs, playing the guitar, and singing—both as a personal passion and as a means of emotional expression. He is also an avid CrossFit enthusiast, recognizing the powerful connection between physical activity and mental well-being.

Seth’s mission as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal. Through his combination of clinical expertise, personal insight, and creative expression, he is committed to helping clients reclaim their lives and build a more fulfilling future.
